The Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – announced that it bombed Tel Aviv with a large missile salvo, in response to the Israeli massacres against civilians.

For its part, Israeli Channel 12 said that Tel Aviv was bombed from the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli Army Radio reported that about 12 missiles were launched from the Rafah area into the heart of Israel, and Israeli media indicated that Greater Tel Aviv had not been bombed from Gaza for about 4 months.

The Israeli ambulance announced that a person was injured in Herzliya, north of Tel Aviv, by fragments of a missile fired from the Gaza Strip, and two women were slightly injured while they were heading to a protected area, according to Israeli Army Radio.

Sirens sounded in all cities of central Israel and Greater Tel Aviv after the intense missile attack, and they also sounded in Kfar Saba, Herzliya, and Raanana, north of Tel Aviv, according to what was reported by Al Jazeera’s correspondent.

Earlier today, the Al-Qassam Brigades said that its fighters targeted 5 Israeli tanks, two military bulldozers, and a troop carrier in “Block 2” and Al-Dakhiliyah Street in the Jabalia Camp, northern Gaza Strip.

Israeli forces also bombed an incursion into the Al-Qasasib neighborhood in the Jabalia refugee camp with heavy-caliber mortar shells, and targeted a “Merkava 4” tank with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.

Abu Ubaida, the military spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, announced the capture, killing and wounding of Israeli soldiers during a complex operation yesterday afternoon, Saturday, in the northern Gaza Strip, where they lured an Israeli force into one of the tunnels in the Jabalia camp.

This is the first time that the Al-Qassam Brigades have announced the capture of Israeli soldiers in Gaza since the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle launched by the Palestinian resistance on the seventh of last October.
